In 2026, Scissors & Scotch is returning to Kansas City to host our Embrace Your Weird Conference—right here in the city where our HQ lives and where so much of our story continues to be written.

Last year, we celebrated a decade of Scissors & Scotch—ten years of growth, grit, relationships, and building something different on purpose. This year, we’re looking ahead. The next decade isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about getting clearer, stronger, and more confident in who we already are.

Conference has always been more than sessions and schedules. It’s where our brand comes to life in the same room. Where ideas get sharpened, connections deepen, and we’re reminded that this work—this brand—is built by real people showing up fully, imperfectly, and authentically.
